Projects are scoped in writing before anything is built. We agree the design, the boundaries between components and what "done" means in terms we can test, then deliver against that scope. The code, schema and deployment configuration are yours at the end.
We use AI as a tool rather than an author. It generates against a design we wrote, then runs the review passes for security, performance and documentation; a named engineer reads, runs and signs off every change. The full process is written up on how we use AI.
